Ingredients

- 6 (6 ounce) lamb chops
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, undrained
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides.
