Orangy Lamb Chops

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 (6 ounce) lamb chops
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides.
