Party Time Sausage Cheese Balls

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• 2 lbs lamb sausage (i like jimmy dean)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 24 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3 cups biscuit mix (such as bisquick)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 mix all ingredients.
• 3 form into 1 inch balls.
• 4 bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
