Saturday Night Special

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb great northern bean
  • 4 -6 lean lamb chops
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Recipe

  • 1 wash beans and cover with 6 cups of water; bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
  • 2 cover, let stand for 1 hour.
