Lamb Chops In Grape-mustard Sauce

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 cook lamb chops for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
  • 3 remove and keep warm.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients to skillet.
  • 5 cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly.
  • 6 spoon sauce over lamb ribs.
