Lamb Chops In Grape-mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 cook lamb chops for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
- 3 remove and keep warm.
- 4 add remaining ingredients to skillet.
- 5 cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly.
- 6 spoon sauce over lamb ribs.
