Lamb Chops In A Honey Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

- 4 lamb loin chops
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Recipe
- 1 on medium high heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying fan.
- 2 rub the crushed garlic on both sides of the lamb chops. salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 place lamb chops in the pan with oil.
- 4 brown lamb chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side).
- 5 in a bowl mix vinegrette and honey.
- 6 once chops are browned, reduce heat to medium low.
- 7 pour vinaigrette/honey mixture to the frying pan.
- 8 coat the lamb chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 minute.
- 9 adjust cooking time as needed per thickness of chops.
