Lamb Chops In A Honey Balsamic Glaze

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Recipe

  • 1 on medium high heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying fan.
  • 2 rub the crushed garlic on both sides of the lamb chops. salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 place lamb chops in the pan with oil.
  • 4 brown lamb chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side).
  • 5 in a bowl mix vinegrette and honey.
  • 6 once chops are browned, reduce heat to medium low.
  • 7 pour vinaigrette/honey mixture to the frying pan.
  • 8 coat the lamb chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 minute.
  • 9 adjust cooking time as needed per thickness of chops.
