Lamb Chops In Tomato And Onion Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 season lamb chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 brown chops on both sides in a medium skillet.
  • 4 place browned chops in a casserole dish.
  • 5 top lamb chops with sliced onions.
  • 6 heat water to boiling.
  • 7 mix water, bouillon cube, and soup and pour over chops and onions.
  • 8 bake at 375 for 1 hour.
