Lamb Chops & Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 lamb chops, bone-in (breakfast chops work well)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (1 soup can)
  • 2 cups water (2 soup cans)
  • 2 cups rice
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops in oil then place in large baking dish or roaster.
  • 2 while browning, mix soup, milk and water in large bowl.
  • 3 pour rice over chops, then pour soup mixture over all. sprinkle with pepper according to taste.
  • 4 cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hr or until tender.
