Lamb With Plums

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 boneless lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 4 red plums, quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 4 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into strips. heat the oil and fry lamb with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned. sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.
  • 2 stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.
  • 3 serve hot with rice.
