Ri Peach Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- wrack lamb ribs
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 whole peach, peach halves
- 12 ounces cola
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 28 ounces barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix brown sugar & minced garlic - mix until jelly like.
- 2 rub brown sugar & minced garlic jelly all over the ribs.
- 3 put the ribs in the bottom of the crocker.
- 4 add the rest of the ingredients - except for bbq sauce!
- 5 cook in crocker on low for 5-6 hours.
- 6 drain crocker of it's contents
- 7 put ribs back in crocker.
- 8 poor bbq sauce in crocker.
- 9 continue cooking for 1 hour
- 10 serve & enjoy!
