Rib Hot Pot!!!

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 kg ribs
- 4 spring onions (sliced)
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 ml salt
- 5 ml black pepper
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 -place ribs in water and boil 1 hour(makes quicker tender).
- 2 -when ribs cooled shred removing all access fat and skin just use meat.
- 3 -heat oil in pan,add spring onions and green pepper and brown,add water if neccessary.
- 4 -add sweet chilli,chutney,sugar,bay leaves,cloves,salt,and pepper.
- 5 -cook for 3 minutes.
- 6 -add ribs and cook for 30 minutes.
- 7 -add rest of water.
- 8 -preheat oven to 180 degrees c.
- 9 -add rib mixture to oven dish.
- 10 -peel patatoes and slice thin.
- 11 -place patatoes over rib mixture add tiny pieces of butter sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- 12 -place in oven for 1-30 to 2 hours.
- 13 -now enjoy and be happy ;0).
