Lamb Chop Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 boneless lamb loin chops
• 1 (2 lb) bag frozen tater tots
• 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms

Recipe

• 1 pour tater tots into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
• 2 top with one can of mushroom soup.
• 3 place sliced mushrooms over that.
• 4 sear lamb chops, then place over mushrooms.
• 5 top with remaining can of soup.
• 6 cover with foil.
• 7 bake at 450°f for about an hour, until chops are cooked through.
