Lamb Chop - Potato Casserole

Total Time: 24 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans navy beans
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups hot water

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops in a little oil.
  • 2 place sliced potatoes, carrots and onions in a 13x9 baking pan.
  • 3 pour beans over.
  • 4 place lamb chops on top.
  • 5 in the skillet that you browned the chops in, add flour, chicken bouillion and water.
  • 6 cook till mixture thickens some and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7 pour mixture over all.
  • 8 cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or till potatoes are tender.
