Lamb Chops And Applesauce Gravy

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 medium lamb loin chops
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for browning

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet and brown chops at least 2 minutes per side.
  • 2 you want a brown crust to form on the meat.
