Lamb Chops And Corn Dressing

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 -6 lamb loin chops (1-inch thick)
• 1 3/4 cups cream-style corn
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• paprika
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 season chops with salt and pepper and brown in oil.
• 2 remove chops to a casserole dish.
• 3 deglaze pan with a small amount of water and pour around chops.
• 4 combine remaining ingredients, except paprika.
• 5 spoon over and around chops.
• 6 cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
• 7 remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and brown under broiler.
