Ingredients

- 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 ",thick each
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can lamb gravy
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet.
- 2 add chops and cook until browned.
- 3 add onion and cook 10 minutes or until chops are done.
- 4 add gravy, mustard and water.
- 5 heat through.
- 6 serve with rice or potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
