Lamb Chops And Mustard Onion Gravy

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 ",thick each
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can lamb gravy
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet.
  • 2 add chops and cook until browned.
  • 3 add onion and cook 10 minutes or until chops are done.
  • 4 add gravy, mustard and water.
  • 5 heat through.
  • 6 serve with rice or potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
