Lamb Chops Diane

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 pinch garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in skillet.
- 2 cook tenderloins 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 3 remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
- 4 add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, worcestershire sauce and mustard to the pan juices.
- 5 cook until heated through.
- 6 pour sauce over lamb and sprinkle with parsley.
- 7 serve immediately.
