Lamb Chops Diane

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in skillet.
  • 2 cook tenderloins 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • 3 remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
  • 4 add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, worcestershire sauce and mustard to the pan juices.
  • 5 cook until heated through.
  • 6 pour sauce over lamb and sprinkle with parsley.
  • 7 serve immediately.
