Lamb Chops A L'orange

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 -4 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 dash wine or 1 dash sherry wine or 1 dash water
  • 1 pinch ginger (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, on medium heat, fry chops in butter till light brown on each side.
  • 2 combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3 pour over chops.
  • 4 cover and reduce heat to lowest setting.
  • 5 cook 35-45 minutes.
  • 6 serve over rice.
