Lamb Chops 'n Potatoes In Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 lamb loin chops, trimmed (4 ounces each)
  • 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove minced garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 sliced onion

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet.
  • 2 brown lamb chops; drain fat.
  • 3 you can skip this step if time doesn't permit.
  • 4 in slow cooker, add soup, chicken broth, thyme, garlic, pepper, onions and potatoes.
  • 5 stirring to coat.
  • 6 place browned lamb chops on top of potato mixture.
  • 7 cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
