Lamb Chops 'n Potatoes In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 lamb loin chops, trimmed (4 ounces each)
- 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 sliced onion
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet.
- 2 brown lamb chops; drain fat.
- 3 you can skip this step if time doesn't permit.
- 4 in slow cooker, add soup, chicken broth, thyme, garlic, pepper, onions and potatoes.
- 5 stirring to coat.
- 6 place browned lamb chops on top of potato mixture.
- 7 cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
