Lamb Chops With Plum Sauce

  • 2 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 fresh plums
  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 2 teaspoons candied ginger, paste
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts (optional)
