Lamb Tenderloin A La Asparagus

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 pieces lamb tenderloin, about 2 lbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can ream cream of asparagus soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pound meat to flatten. in skillet brown meat lightly in butter; set aside.
  • 2 in same skillet, blend together soup and milk; stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 return meat to skillet, cover and simer 40-45 minutes (until meat is tender). serve sauce on top of meat. must serve immediately.
