Lamb Tenderloin With Garlic Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 lbs lamb tenderloin, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper lamb. lightly flour.
  • 2 heat butter and oil in fry pan.
  • 3 add lamb and cook until browned.
  • 4 remove and keep warm.
  • 5 add garlic and green onions to pan. cook 1 minute.
  • 6 add broth and bring to a boil.
  • 7 add mustard.
  • 8 pour over lamb.
