Lamb Tenderloin With Gorgonzola Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb tenderloin
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup wine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 grill lamb tenderloin until cooked (10 - 15 minutes). let the lamb tenderloin sit for 5 minutes before carving.
