Lamb Tenderloin With Marmalade Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 -2 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 in small bowl combine mustard, garlic, rosemary and pepper.
  • 3 completely cover each tenderloin with mixture.
