Lamb Teriyaki

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless lamb loin, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into 1 inch cubes.
  • 2 in medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. add lamb and toss to coat.
  • 3 let marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  • 4 preheat broiler or grill. thread lamb cubes onto long skewers.
  • 5 set 4-6 inches from the heat and broil or grill, turning and basting several times with the marinade, until browned outside and throughout but still moist, 10-12 minutes.
