Pan Fried Potato Chip Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 (4 ounce) center-cut lamb chops
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag potato chips (your choice)
  • 6 cups oil, approximately,for frying
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 cajun spices.
  • 2 add all ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 place in container.

  • 6 pour approximately 6 cups of oil in deep dish pan.

  • 11 press lamb chop into potatoe chips, covering completely.
  • 12 turn chop and repeat.
  • 13 immerse in hot oil for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and floating.
