Ingredients

- 2 lean lamb chops
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 green pepper rings
- 4 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops to remove excess fat.
- 2 place onion slices in bottom of crockette.
- 3 place lamb chops on top of onion slices.
- 4 top with green pepper rings, catsup and brown sugar.
- 5 cover and cook 7 to 9 hours.
