Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 (280 g) can tomato soup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 trim excess fat off lamb chops, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper if desired, and place in slow cooker.
- 2 combine teriyaki sauce, soup, sugar and ginger in a bowl and mix until well blended.
- 3 pour mixture over lamb chops.
- 4 cook on low setting of slow cooker for 5-6 hours.
