Lamb And Sweet Potatoes Packets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb shoulder chops, 1 inch thick
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, parboiled
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Recipe

  • 1 in a fry pan, brown chops on both sides.
  • 2 place each in center of a large square of heavy duty foil.
  • 3 peel and slice sweet potatoes; place slices over chops.
  • 4 top with onion slices.
