Lamb Chop N' Potato Bake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 butterfly lamb chops, boneless
  • 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) can durkee onions

Recipe

  • 1 combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
  • 2 stir in potatoes, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
  • 3 spoon mixture into greased 9x13 inches baking dish.
  • 4 pour olive oil and breadcrumbs into seperate dishes.
  • 5 drench lamb chops in olive oil and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • 6 place lamb chops on top of potato mixture.
  • 7 bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • 8 top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered 5 minutes longer.
