Lamb Chops And Onions

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 15 ounces tomato puree
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 fry the chops in oil and remove from the pan.
  • 2 add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 add sugar, vinegar, tomatoes and spices.
  • 4 add lamb chops, cover with sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
  • 5 leave to cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
