Lamb Chops And Onions

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 lamb chops
- 15 ounces tomato puree
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Recipe
- 1 fry the chops in oil and remove from the pan.
- 2 add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes.
- 3 add sugar, vinegar, tomatoes and spices.
- 4 add lamb chops, cover with sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
- 5 leave to cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
