Lamb Chops Dinner

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 lamb chops
  • pepper
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 package frozen corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 in large skillet heat oil.
  • 3 brown lamb chops in oil; season with pepper.
  • 4 place 1 lamb chop on center of each piece of foil.
  • 5 place 1/4 of onion and potato slices on top of each lamb chop.
  • 6 place 1 frozen ear of corn next to lamb chop on foil.
  • 7 sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon dill weed over each dinner, if desired; top with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 8 fold foil around lamb chop and corn; seal top and sides securely.
  • 9 place packets in 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  • 10 bake for 1 hour or until corn is hot and potatoes and lamb chops are tender.
