Lamb Chops In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 beef bouillon cubes or 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, brown the lamb chops in the oil. add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and beef bouillon. cover and simmer for approximately 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. remove chops.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cup water. slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. cook until thickened.
  • 3 stir in sour cream. heat thoroughly but do not boil.
  • 4 serve sauce over chops.
