Lamb Chops In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 lamb loin chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 beef bouillon cubes or 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, brown the lamb chops in the oil. add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and beef bouillon. cover and simmer for approximately 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. remove chops.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cup water. slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. cook until thickened.
- 3 stir in sour cream. heat thoroughly but do not boil.
- 4 serve sauce over chops.
