Lamb Chops Madrid

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients, except for the lamb chops, in a casserole dish. best to use a casserole dish with a proper fitting lid.
  • 2 place the chops in the mixture and let sit for at least an hour, longer if you have the time, and turning at least once half way through.
  • 3 place casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes, covered. very important it be covered.
  • 4 chops will be moist and tasty, you can spoon some of the juice over them once they're on the plate. i like to serve with spanish rice and salad.
