Lamb Chops Madrid

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops 
- 4 tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
- 1 sprig thyme 
- 1 sprig parsley 
- 1 bay leaf 
- 1 teaspoon paprika 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients, except for the lamb chops, in a casserole dish. best to use a casserole dish with a proper fitting lid. 
- 2 place the chops in the mixture and let sit for at least an hour, longer if you have the time, and turning at least once half way through. 
- 3 place casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes, covered. very important it be covered. 
- 4 chops will be moist and tasty, you can spoon some of the juice over them once they're on the plate. i like to serve with spanish rice and salad.
