Lamb Chops Luxembourg

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 lbs sauerkraut
- 1 (15 ounce) jar applesauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 lamb loin chops, 1-inch thick
Recipe
- 1 dice bacon & saute until crisp.
- 2 drain on paper towels.
- 3 mix bacon, sauerkraut,applesauce, sugar, mustard, wine, & pepper.
- 4 saute chops on both sides until golden-brown.
- 5 place chops on top of bacon mixture in a casserole dish.
- 6 cover & bake at 350f for 1 1/2 hours.
