Ingredients

- 1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 lb boneless lamb chop (4 or 5)
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 layer in a well greased crock pot on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
- 2 also works well in the oven on 375°f for 1-2 hours, covered.
