Savory Lamb Chops In Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 boneless lamb chops (cut in half)
  • 5 slices bacon (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 small onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 (26 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet or wok add bacon and cook on medium heat until brown. note: if using a chopped sausage link in place of bacon, saute sausage in one tbsp of cooking oil.
  • 2 add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  • 3 add lamb chops.
  • 4 sprinkle garlic powder, pepper and paparika over the lamb chops and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
  • 5 add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. stir together until soup and water are mixed well. bring to a boil. once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6 serve while hot and enjoy!
  • 7 may add additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • 8 suggestion: these lamb chops go great over steamed rice!
