Savory Lamb Chops In Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -6 boneless lamb chops (cut in half)
- 5 slices bacon (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 (26 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet or wok add bacon and cook on medium heat until brown. note: if using a chopped sausage link in place of bacon, saute sausage in one tbsp of cooking oil.
- 2 add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- 3 add lamb chops.
- 4 sprinkle garlic powder, pepper and paparika over the lamb chops and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
- 5 add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. stir together until soup and water are mixed well. bring to a boil. once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6 serve while hot and enjoy!
- 7 may add additional salt and pepper to taste.
- 8 suggestion: these lamb chops go great over steamed rice!
