Savory Lamb Chops

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 lamb chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 dredge lamb chops in flour mixture.
  • 3 in a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes.
  • 4 combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops.
