Savory Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 lamb chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
- 2 dredge lamb chops in flour mixture.
- 3 in a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes.
- 4 combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops.
- 5 cover, reduce heat, and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- 6 spoon sauce over chops when serving.
