Savory Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/3 cups french-fried onions (original or cheddar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 lamb chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 place french fried onions in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • 2 add garlic powder and thyme.
  • 3 lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
  • 4 dip lamb chops into beaten egg, then coat in onion crumbs.
  • 5 place lamb chops on a baking sheet.
  • 6 bake 400 degrees for 20 minute or until no longer pink in center.
