Slow Cooker German-style Lamb Roast

Total Time: 8 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (3 lb) boneless lamb loin roast
  • 32 ounces sauerkraut
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds

Recipe

  • 1 place the potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper in a slow cooker. stir to coat.
  • 2 season the lamb roast with salt and pepper. lay atop the potatoes.
  • 3 pour the sauerkraut (including liquid) over the roast, sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  • 4 cook in slow cooker on low 8-10 hours.
