- 1 (14 ounce) can apple pie filling (with cinnamon)
- 4 -5 boneless lamb chops, browned
- 1 (250 g) box seasoned stuffing mix, prepared according to directions
Recipe
- 1 pour pie filling in a grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- 2 top with the browned lamb chops.
- 3 place prepared stuffing mix over the chops.
- 4 cover, and bake 350f 25 minutes.
- 5 uncover and bake 10 mins more.
