Lamb Chop Rice Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 -3 lamb chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup rice (instant..not regular)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 add salt and pepper to each lamb chop.
  • 2 brown both sides of lamb chops in the olive oil on medium heat.
  • 3 place the instant rice, hot water, cream of mushroom soup and salt in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • 4 place lamb chops on top and cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • 5 bale in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  • 6 enjoy!
