Lamb Chops Smothered In Cream Of Mushroom

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 -8 lamb chops
  • 1 purple onions (i use the purple because it gives it more flavor) or 1 yellow onion (i use the purple because it gives it more flavor)
  • 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk (to add to the mushroom soup)

Recipe

  • 1 brown your lamb chops in a skillet.
  • 2 peel and slice the onion thinly.
  • 3 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 4 place browned lamb chops in a baking dish, layer with the sliced onions.
  • 5 top with mushrooms.
  • 6 mix cream of mushroom soup with the evaporated milk.
  • 7 pour over the top of the lamb chops and onions.
  • 8 bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  • 9 serve hot.
