Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 medium apples, peeled cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, brown lamb chops quickly; drain well.
- 2 arrange a layer of sliced apples in crock pot, then a layer of lamb chops; repeat.
- 3 dot with butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
- 4 cook on low 7-9 hours.
