Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice seasoning
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine or 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
