Lamb And Slaw Barbecue Buns

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 5 lbs lamb roast
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 buns, toasted
  • 8 cups coleslaw

Recipe

  • 1 place meat in slow cooker. in a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper. pour over meat.
  • 2 cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
  • 3 transfer meat to cutting board, reserving liquid. cut meat off bones and coarsely chop. combine meat with reserved liquid.
  • 4 serve meat on buns with coleslaw.
