Lamb Barbecue

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 -5 lbs lamb roast
- 2 onions
- 1 cup water
- 16 ounces kraft barbecue sauce (any kind)
Recipe
- 1 put 1/2 of the onions on bottom of crock-pot.
- 2 add meat and water with remaining onions.
- 3 cover and cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low (i did overnight).
- 4 remove bone and fat from meat (i removed some of the water also, because it was too much).
- 5 put meat back into crock-pot.
- 6 add one 16-ounce bottle kraft barbecue sauce.
- 7 cook 2 to 3 hours longer on low heat.
