Lamb Barbecue

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 -5 lbs lamb roast
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 ounces kraft barbecue sauce (any kind)

Recipe

  • 1 put 1/2 of the onions on bottom of crock-pot.
  • 2 add meat and water with remaining onions.
  • 3 cover and cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low (i did overnight).
  • 4 remove bone and fat from meat (i removed some of the water also, because it was too much).
  • 5 put meat back into crock-pot.
  • 6 add one 16-ounce bottle kraft barbecue sauce.
  • 7 cook 2 to 3 hours longer on low heat.
