Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops
- oil (for browning chops)
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup rice, washed and drained
- 2 cups v 8 vegetable juice
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops on both sides lightly in skillet.
- 2 remove and brown onions.
- 3 grease square pan or glass baking dish on all sides. place lamb chops on bottom. cover with onions. spread rice over all. pour v-8 juice over ingredients.
- 4 cover tightly with cover or with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
