Lamb Chops And Pink Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • oil (for browning chops)
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup rice, washed and drained
  • 2 cups v 8 vegetable juice

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops on both sides lightly in skillet.
  • 2 remove and brown onions.
  • 3 grease square pan or glass baking dish on all sides. place lamb chops on bottom. cover with onions. spread rice over all. pour v-8 juice over ingredients.
  • 4 cover tightly with cover or with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
