Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops and place in shallow baking dish.
- 2 mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
- 3 bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
