Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a pan and saute onion.
- 2 set onions aside.
- 3 mix flour, salt and pepper and cover the meat with it.
- 4 brown the meat and add the onion and beer.
- 5 leave to simmer covered for 30min.
- 6 put meat on a plate and stir mustard and sugar into the sauce.
- 7 pour over the chops and serve.
