Lamb Chops Parmesan

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 melt butter in 9 x 13 pan.
  • 3 dip chops in 1/3 cup evaporated milk, then roll in mixture of 2 t. cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
  • 4 put into pan and bake uncovered 30 minutes.
  • 5 meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
  • 6 pour tomato sauce arund lamb chops after taking from oven, and put cheese and milk mixture over them.
  • 7 return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes longer until meat is tender and cooked through.
